利用信息技术手段实现高校大型仪器设备共享管理

Establishment of a sharing and management platform of large-scale instruments in colleges and universities based on the information technology

高校大型仪器设备是高校和社会的重要资源。在分析中国高校大型仪器设备管理现状的基础上,研究国外大型科学仪器设备公共平台的共享管理机制,引入有普遍适用性的管理方法,结合我国高校特点,设计出一套基于中国高校大型仪器设备管理和使用现状的渐进式管理系统,通过在河北农业大学试验使用,效果良好,无论是仪器设备的使用率还是开放度都得到了明显的提升。

Large-scale instruments in colleges and universities are important scientific resources for both school and society. Based on the analysis of the domestic present situation about the management system of the large-scale instruments, this paper studies the sharing and manage- ment mechanism of the large-scale instruments public platform in overseas top universities. Combining the real conditions of colleges and universities in China, a universal and applicable management method is introduced, namely, a progressive management system designed based on the present status of their management and ultilization. The experiment in Agricultural U- niversity of Hebei by improving the service efficiency and the open degree reveals that this sys- tem is of high feasibility and operability for sharing and managing the large-scaled instruments in domestic colleges and universities in the kev stage.
