酶工程教学改革的实践探讨

摘要 酶工程是生物技术(或生物工程)领域的基础技术学科之一,与经济关系最为密切,发展最为迅猛。课程自身具有综合性以及知识更新快的特点,为适应现代教学发展的特点,提高学生在酶工程学习过程中的积极性、主动性,通过在教学过程中运用启发式自主教学方法改善理论课的授课方式,并结合增加实验课程的编排设置,提高学生主动获取知识的能力及动手操作能力,开发学生的创造性,从而达到提高教学质量的效果。 Enzyme Engineering is one of the foundation technology subjects in hiotechnology field. In order to meet the requirements of cultivating the practical abilities and creativities of college students, the reformation of education was initiated in the Enzyme Engineering teaching methods. Heuristic independent teaching methods were used and experiment courses were added to implement the educational reformation. It is proven that the implementation of the educa- tional reformation mobilizes the interests of students and enhances their comprehensive quali- ties, which accomplishes the purposes of teaching.
