模具钢常用热处理工艺规范的选择

摘要 模具钢常用热处理有退火、正火、淬火和回火,其工艺都是由加热、保温和冷却3个阶段所组成。在热处理生产中,往往由于热处理工艺控制不当,使工件产生某些缺陷,对热处理件的质量影响很大。常用热处理工艺规范的选择国家标准有明确规定。本文根据最新国家标准,对常用热处理工艺规范的选择进行介绍,其目的在于使用者能合理地选用热处理工艺;更好地理解、宣传和贯彻现行标准。 Common heat treatment of die & mold steels has annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering. Their processes includes heating, insulating and cooling three stages. In heat treatment producing, because of heat treatment process improper control, parts general some defects. These defects have very effect on the quality of heat treatment parts. The selection of steel parts common heat treatment process code was defined by national standard. In the paper according to the latest national standard, the selection of steel parts common heat treatment process code was introduced. The purpose of writing the paper is that user can select heat treatment process reasonably,comprehend deep, publicize and implement new national standards.
