摘要 海洋波浪蕴藏巨大的能量,甚至能够瞬间摧垮岸堤,如何变"害"为"利",利用波浪这一可再生清洁能源发电,为沿海地区尤其是孤岛开发服务,具有重大的现实意义。从海潮实情出发,首次提出了摆筒式波浪发电装置,能够克服潮位影响,且没有水下运动机构,可靠性高;并提出了利用蓄能和流体控制技术稳频的措施。该装置既可单独运行,又可并联运行,还可潜水防台风,技术方案经济易行值得推广应用。 Ocean waves often reverse extremely powerful energy, even sometimes dams can be destroyed in an instant. If this tremendous, renewable and clean wave energy could be utilized for electricity generation, it would make a great significance for coastland, especially for islet. In this paper, a sway-buoy wave power generator is put forward the first time. Changing sea level has taken into consideration in design, and because without any movable part underwater, the device has the character of high reliability. Energy storage measurement, hydraulic system and control system for realizing steady electricity take-off are mentioned as well. The device can both isolated and parallel operation, enable to submerge into water to protect itself from hurricane, and possesses the advantages of low-cost and simple. Therefore, it deserves to be applied.
