摘要
为提高对大型储罐重大事故预测、预防水平,根据实测储罐的腐蚀数据建立相应的储罐腐蚀数据库,利用储罐底板可靠度模型,对储罐底板的可靠度和可靠寿命等进行预测。根据上述理论,用MATLAB开发了大型储罐完整性评价系统1.0应用软件,利用此软件可以方便地对储罐的完整性进行全方位的分析、预测,为储罐的完整性评价提供科学依据。
To raise awareness level of the large tank major ability model of tank bottom was used to calculate the reliability to the above theory, a large storage tank with MATLAB Integri accident prediction and prevention level, reli- and reliable life of the tank bottom. According ty Assessment System 1.0 software was devel- oped. The software could easily integrit the full range of analysis, forecasting, which provided a scientific basis for evaluating the integrity of the tank.
