随着市场经济取代计划经济的时代变迁,高等院校也不再以包分配的方式解决大学生的就业问题。在数学教育专业的一部分大学生中,出现前途迷茫、就业迷茫、学习迷茫、无梦可想的"三迷茫一无梦"的消极情绪,这不仅带来教育资源的浪费,也影响了教师高素质人才的培养。为此,本文就数学教育专业应届大学生就业路径选择及能力预备进行分析探究。

With the time changes of market economy taking over planned economy,colleges and universities no longer guarantee their students’job assignments.Amongthe college students majored in math education,the negative emotion of "three perplexities and one lack of dreams"grows,which specifically means the students are perplexed about their future,their employments,and their studies,and they are lack of dreams.This negative emotion not only causes a waste of educational resources,but also affectsthe training of high-qualified teachers.Therefore,for fresh graduates in math education major tofind jobs,this article explores and analyzes their employment direction and ability preparations.
