摘要
乒乓球作为我国开展最为广泛的运动项目之一,具有良好的群众基础。其运动量大小可以灵活控制且技术含量较高,因此在普通高校中普及度不断提升。然而,当前我国高校中此项运动的教学现状开展情况却不容乐观。教师应该选取一些能够提高学生对乒乓球的兴趣及加大他们平时训练量的方法,如比赛法就是很好的一个办法。本文就比赛教学法在高校乒乓球选项课教学中的意义和具体应用进行了探讨。
As one of the most widespread sports in China,table tennis has a solid mass foundation.In addition,due to the flexibility of the sports amount and the advanced technology,its popularity among the general colleges and universities has been rising.However,the current teachingsituation is not optimistic.Therefore,teachers should choose some teaching methods to increase the students' interest in table tennis and their usual training volume.For example,game is a good way.This thesis discusses the significance of this game teaching method in college table tennis teaching and the concrete application.
