报酬递增与企业纵向规模、横向规模变化的关系研究——基于中国省际面板数据的实证分析

Research on the Relationship Between the Scale of the Enterprise and the Vertical and Horizontal Expansion——Empirical Analysis Based on China's Provincial Panel Data

回顾已有的企业规模的研究,大多属"以点概面"的研究,很少有研究是从整体角度入手。文章的创新之处在于从宏观层面入手,观察并研究了工业企业纵向规模、横向规模及企业整体规模的时间序列变化趋势,意于找出企业纵向规模、横向规模变化分别对企业规模的影响,并通过截取2003-2010年全国31个省、市及自治区的经济数据进行面板数据分析。研究结果显示,在这期间全国范围内单位企业的生产函数符合规模报酬的递增条件,同时企业的纵向规模变化与横向规模变化共同影响着企业规模发展,其关系分别为企业横向规模变化与企业规模变化正相关,企业纵向规模变化与企业规模负相关。

Review the history and the present research, few studies researches on the enterprise scale from the overall angle. This paper based on China＇s provincial panel date of 2003-2010 finds out the relationship between the vertical scale, from the horizontal scale and the enterprise scale the overall angle. This paper uses capital per capita to reflect the enterprise scale＇s change, prime operating revenue to reflect the hori- zontal scale＇s change, industrial added value to reflect the vertical scale＇s change. The result is that the correlation between the horizonal scale and the enterprise scale is positive, the vertical scale and the enter- prise scale is negative.
