陕西失地农民就业问题研究

Study on the Problem of Land-Lost Farmers Employment in Shaanxi

2012年,陕西的城镇化率达到50.02%,到"十二五"末,陕西的城镇化率将达到57%,比国家目标还要高出5.5个百分点。快速的城镇化必将产生大量的失地农民,如何有效解决失地农民的就业问题已经越来越重要。文章从失地农民个体、政府以及经济发展三个视角来分析陕西失地农民的就业现状,并提出应从农民自身和政府两方面缓解失地农民的就业问题。

In the 2012, the urbanization rate of Shaanxi province was 50.02%, and by the end of the ＂12th five-year plan＂ the urbanization rate of Shaanxi province will reach 57%, 5.5% higher than national goals. Urbanization will lead to a large number of land-lost farmers,so how to effectively solve the employment problem of the farmers has been made more and more important. The author analyzed the stituation of the employment of the land-lost farmers of Shaanxi from the aspects of the farmers, goverment and the economic development, and put forward the countermeasures to resolve the problem of land-lost farmers＇ employment.
