起动过程控制策略是发动机控制的核心内容之一。本文利用AME Sim软件建立电控单体泵供油系统模型和ECU控制模型,设计电控单体泵燃用二甲醚的起动过程控制策略,对起动喷油量及喷射正时进行精确控制。

Control strategy of start-up process action is one of the key technology in engine control. Based on AMESim, the authors construct the models of the fuel injection and the ECU control of the electronic unit pump, and design the control strategy of start-up process with electronic unit pump for DME engine, which can accurately con- trol the fuel quantity, injection timing and injection period.
