河北省文化产业集聚区发展对策研究

The Countermeasures for the Development of Cultural Industry Gathering Area in Hebei Province

文化产业被称为是21世纪的"朝阳产业",是拉动国民经济增长的新动力。产业集聚已成为文化产业发展的新模式,极大地促进了河北省文化产业的发展,提高文化产业竞争力。但河北省文化产业集聚区的发展处于初级阶段,相关机制还不完善、缺乏自主创新品牌、人才后备力量不足。为加快文化产业集聚区的建设,可围绕以下几方面制定相关政策:科学规划园区,产业结构升级,加强品牌建设,培养引进综合型人才等。

Cultural industry is known as a ＂ sunrise industry＂ in 21st century, and it has become a new impetus for driving the growth of the national economy. The gathering of the cultural industry has become a new model of indus-trial development, and it greatly promotes the development and improves industrial competitiveness of the cultural industry in Hebei. However, the development of the cultural industry gathering area is immature, lacking perfect relative mechanism, independent innovation brand and talent person. To speed up the construction of the cultural industry gathering area, we should take measures such as scientific planning, industrial structure upgrading, indus-trial chain improving, innovation strengthening, brand building.
