党的十八大报告明确指出,把立德树人作为教育工作的根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。当前随着中国经济社会的迅速发展,高职院校学生思想道德教育面临着严峻的挑战。如何突破当前德育工作面临的新情况、新问题,进一步提高德育工作的主动性、针对性和实效性,这已成为当下德育工作者迫切需要解决的重大课题。

The eighteen Party Congress report clearly pointed out that the moral education is a fundamental task of education for training all-round developed socialist builders and successors. With the rapid development of economy and society in China, ideological and moral education of vocational college students is facing severe challenges. How to break through the new situations and new problems in current moral education work, and further improve the work of moral education initiative, pertinence and effectiveness have become a major task for moral education workers to solve urgently.
