高效液相色谱法测定尼群地平片的含量

Determination of nitrendipine in tablets by HPLC

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定尼群地平片含量的方法。方法 :采用反相C18色谱柱 ,以甲醇 水 (75∶2 5 )为流动相 ,非诺地平为内标 ,检测波长为 2 37nm ,按峰面积计算。结果 :尼群地平在 10～ 10 0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性良好 (r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 10 1.0 % ,RSD为 1.0 5 % ,日内平均RSD为 1.2 % ;日间平均RSD为 1.3%。结论 :该法具有准确、精密、快速的优点 ,有一定的实用意义。

OBJECTIVE:To established an HPLC method for determination of nitrendipine tablets.METHODS:The chromatographic conditions C 18 column,mobile phase of methanol water(75∶25),were:felodipine as internal standard,237nm for detection and peak area calculation area.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship with the concentration range of 10～100μg·ml -1 of nitrendipine ( r = 0.999 9 ),the average recover was 101.0% ,the relative standard deviation was 1.05% .CONCLUSIONS:The method is accurate,precision,fast and practicable.
