高效液相色谱法测定溶菌酶口腔药膜中维生素B_6的含量

Determination of vitamin B_6 in lysozyme oral pellicles by HPLC

目的 :用HPLC法测定溶菌酶口腔药膜中维生素B6的含量。方法 :以SpherisorbC18柱为分析柱 ,流动相为磷酸二氢钾、庚烷磺酸钠溶液 (取磷酸二氢钾 13.6g与庚烷磺酸钠 1g ,加水溶解并稀释成10 0 0ml) 甲醇 三乙胺 (85∶15∶0 .4)用磷酸调pH值至 2 .8,检测波长为 2 90nm ,峰面积外标法。 结果 :维生素B6在 5～ 2 0 0 μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.7% ,RSD =0 .2 6 % (n =8)。结论 :本法简便 ,快速 ,结果准确 ,可靠。

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of vitamin B 6 in lysozyme oral pellicles.METHODS:Spherisorb C 18 column (200mm× 4.6 mm,10 μm),the mobile phase consists of methanol buffer solution(mix 13.6 g potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate and 1g sodium heptanesulphonate,and add water to 1 000ml ) triethylamine(15∶85∶0.4),the pH of the mixture being adjusted to 2.8 with orthophosphoric acid,detection was done at 290nm,external standard method.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 5～200μg·ml -1 for vitamin B 6. The average recovery was 99.7% , RSD was 0.26% ( n =8).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,rapid and the results is accurate, reliable. [
