Research on SME Risk Management

风险在日常生活中无处不在,中小企业在日常经营过程中同样会遇到各种风险。然而长期以来,中小企业的高层管理人员一般都是在风险发生之后才想办法加以处置,并没有形成一套科学的方法对风险加以管理。风险管理突出了这样一个观点,即企业的生存在很大程度上取决于它能否科学地预测未来的变化并为此做好充分准备,而不是在变化来临之后再急匆匆地加以应对。风险管理的目标不是让人们去回避风险,而是确保人们在充分了解风险的情况下有意识地去承担风险,以减轻风险的危害。

Risk is pervasive in our daily hfe. SMEs also encounter various risks in their operation. However, for a long time, senior management of SMEs often take measurements to deal with risks after they occur rather than to prevent them from happening, thus a set of scientific methods to manage risks are in shortage. Risk management highlights that the existence and development of enterprises largely depends on the scientific prediction about future and makes adequate preparation. The objective of risk management is not to avoid risks but to assume them in the case of understanding them in order to mitigate their hazards.
