某难选铁矿石还原焙烧—磁选试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对山东某难选铁矿石中主要有用矿物为赤铁矿、褐铁矿,采用常规选矿方法难以有效回收的特点,通过直接还原将其中铁矿物还原为金属铁,再通过弱磁选方法进行选别,在烟煤用量为20%,石灰石用量为25%,还原时间为2h,还原温度为1 200℃的条件下,获得了铁品位为92.38%、回收率为92.36%的铁精矿。SEM分析表明,铁精矿中铁以金属铁形式存在。 Aiming at a refractory iron ore, mainly useful minerals are hematite and limonite, in Shandong province, by using conventional mineral processing methods can not effectively recover its iron. Under the conditions of bituminous coal ratio of 20% , limestone ratio of 25% , the reduction time of 2 h, the reduction temperature of 1 200 ~C, carried out reduction roasting-magnetic separation, iron minerals will be reduced to metallic iron, then through low intensity magnetic separation, iron grade of 92.38%, iron recovery of 92.36% was obtained. SEM analysis revealed iron exists in the form of metallic iron in i- ron concentrate
