摘要
民营科技企业的迅速发展,势必引起专业技术人才的激烈竞争,这给企业的人力资源管理带来了巨大的挑战。以A公司为例对民营科技企业知识型员工的薪酬管理进行专门的调查研究。文章在综述了三种薪酬管理模式后,分析了目前民营科技企业在知识型员工薪酬管理中的主要薪酬结构和存在问题,以便为有关部门日后制定相关政策提供依据。
The rapid development of private technological enterprises will certainly result in the fierce competition of professional and technical personnel,which brings a great challenge to enterprises' management of human resources.Taking company A as an example,the author of this paper makes a study of private technological enterprises' salary management on knowledge workers.After summarizing three types of salary management modes,the author analyzes the major salary structures and existing problems in current private technological enterprises' salary management on knowledge workers so as to provide basis for related department's policy formulating in the future.
