Based on the study of the current assets management and budget management in colleges and universities combined with the current situation,the author explores assets management and budget management from the perspective of asset management system,perfect the budgeting,standards for asset allocation,establishing performance evaluation system,information management,etc..and discusses the combination of university assets management and budget management.
