高职焊接专业工学结合人才培养模式探索

Research on personnel training mode based on industry-school combination for higher vocational education welding specialty

焊接技术是我国制造业中重要的加工手段,为进一步提高焊接技术人才的培养质量,结合咸阳职业技术学院焊接专业工学结合人才培养模式运行中存在的问题,提出校企合作在工学结合中的作用,"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式是适合高职焊接专业人才培养的模式,是培养高素质技能型焊接人才的有效途径。

The paper points out welding technology is an important means of processing in manufacturing industry of China,but there are many problems in training technical personnel of welding. The idea are proposed that school-enterprise cooperation is an important part of industry-school combination, and, the recommendations to improve teaching quality are proposed that the higher vocational colleges carry out personnel training mode of industry-school combination and school-enterprise cooperation.
