食道鳞癌DNA含量定量分析及其临床意义

The Quantitative Analysis of DNA Content of Esophageal Squamous Epithelioma and lts Clinical Significance

目的 :探讨食道鳞癌DNA含量定量分析的临床意义。方法 :选择 45例手术根治切除食道鳞癌标本 ,应用图像细胞计技术测量肿瘤细胞DNA含量和倍体 ,与正常食道鳞状上皮对照 ,瘤体大小 (直径 >3cm或≤ 3cm) ,有无淋巴结转移 ,病理组织学分级与DNA含量对照。结果 :正常食道鳞状上皮与食道鳞癌DNA含量存在显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,瘤体大小的平均DNA含量存在差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,DNA含量与有无淋巴结转移有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,病理组织学分级Ⅰ级与Ⅲ级存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :DNA含量定量分析在食道鳞癌恶性生物学行为中具有重要价值 。

Objective To investigate the quantitative of DNA content of esophageal squamous epithelioma and its clinical significance.Methods We selected 45 cases of specimen of esophageal squamous epithelioma which had been resected,applied the technology of picture cytometer to survey the DNA content and ploid,and compared DNA content of them with that of normal esophageal squamous epithelium and with other factors such as the size of tumour(diameter>3cm or≤3cm),lymph node metastases and histopathological grading.Results There is notable difference of DNA content between normal esophagel squamous epithelium and esophageal squamous epithelioma( P <0.01).The average DNA content of different size of tumour shows difference( P <0.05).There is notable difference of DNA content between the cases with lymph node metastases.There is also difference of DNA content between histophathological grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅲ( P <0.05),and no difference between grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ.Conclusion The quantitative analysis of DNA content has important value in esophageal squamous epithioma,and is an useful index for clinical therapy and prognostic estimation.
