大断面三软煤层煤巷掘进防片帮与冒顶技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 为解决大断面三软煤层煤巷掘进中的片帮冒顶问题,依据岩石力学理论,从改变煤体的力学性能和减缓煤壁压力角度出发,探讨了大断面三软煤层巷道掘进中煤壁片帮冒顶力学原理.实验室测试结果揭示了增加煤体的含水率能够提高其凝聚力和抗剪强度的注水防片帮冒顶机理;通过现场模拟试验,考察了煤体注水后使集中应力区前移和卸压效果;工程实践表明,浅孔注水防治煤壁片帮冒顶技术的可行性,能有效控制大断面三软煤层煤巷掘进中的片帮冒顶.该成果对于解决大断面煤巷掘进防片帮冒顶问题具有参考价值. In order to solve the spalling and roof falling problems of large-section three-soft-coal seam roadway excavation,rock mechanics is employed,and from the perspective of changing the mechanical properties of coal and mitigating coal wall stress through theoretical analysis,the large-cross-section three-soft-coal seam roadway drivage of coal wall for roof caving mechanics principle has been discussed.Through laboratory tests,the mechanism that the increase of the moisture content of coal can improve the cohesive force and the shear strength of the water proof for roof caving has been revolved.Through a simulation test,the investigation of coal body water flooding has been made after making each area of stress concentration and pressure relief effect.Combined with the engineering practice,the feasibility for the prevention and control of shallow pore water injection coal wall piece of the roof caving technology has been proved and the roof caving accident of the large cross section of three soft coal seam roadway drivage will been controlled effectively.Research technology is feasible,safe and reliable.It is of high popularization and application value to solve similar mine large cross-section roadway drivage piece for roof caving prevention problem in the future.
