基于双变量变频器的超同步串级调速系统起动过程研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对由双变量变频器构成的串级调速系统运行在超同步状态下的起动问题,提出转子侧接入频敏变阻器,定子侧采用调压器降压起动后再在转子侧切除频敏变阻器并投入变频器的起动新方法.通过试验和对试验数据的分析,分别以电动机的定子电源频率、转子变频电源频率对应的同步转速为基准量计算出最大允许转差,利用Matlb曲线拟合工具分析允许最大转差同转子切入电源频率的相关性,得出超同步串级调速系统起动过程存在的规律. A new strategy is put forward for the start process of a hyper synchronous cascaded speed regulation system,and it can be made feasible through the actions such as introducing the sensitive rheostat to the rotor side at first,and removing it afterword while the speed up with low voltage in stator side.The maximum permissible slip(MPS) can be made available through a pilot scale experiment,while MPS is referred in synchronous speed in stator side together with the transformed synchronous speed in rotor side.The correlation of MPS with an introduced rotor side frequency is also investigate via curve fitting tool under MALAB environment.And the laws of the start process of a hyper synchronous cascaded speed regulation system are made clear at last.
