摘要
针对电磁感应加热瓦楞辊的表面温度分布不均匀问题,提出了新的瓦楞辊结构,即分区分段电磁感应加热瓦楞辊,并采用Magnet软件对新结构的表面温度分布进行了研究.首先,对两种小尺寸瓦楞辊表面温度分布进行了仿真研究,找出了其温度分布均匀的结构和控制方式;其次,将该结构应用于实际尺寸的瓦楞辊进行仿真.仿真结果表明,瓦楞辊的分区分段加热,其表面温度不均匀度小于4℃,能够保证其表面温度分布均匀,满足瓦楞纸的生产工艺要求.
Based on the uneven surface temperature distribution of electromagnetic induction heating corrugated rollers,a new corrugated roller structure,namely partition segmented electromagnetic induction heating corrugating roller is put forward,and its surface temperature distributions are simulated using Magnet software.Firstly,the surface temperature distributions of two short cylindrical corrugated rollers are studied to investigate their surface temperature distributions and how to control;secondly,the structure is applied to the actual size of the corrugated roller to investigate their surface temperature distribution using Magnet software.The simulation results show that the surface temperature uniformity is less than 4 ℃,that is to say,the new structureof corrugated roller can ensure the surface temperature distribution to be uniform,and to meet the corrugated paper production process requirements.
