摘要
以某型客车为研究对象,按照ECER66法规的要求,使用Hypermesh进行客车的有限元建模,利用显式动力分析软件LS-DYNA对客车有限元模型进行侧翻碰撞的仿真计算。在仿真分析后,对应力、能量和侵入量的情况进行了分析。提出客车骨架的一系列结构性改进设计。再次进行仿真计算,通过比较改进结构前后计算情况,证明乘客的安全空间得到保障,以上改进措施可以满足客车侧翻碰撞安全性的要求。
According to the requirements of ECER66 regulations and based on the coach framework geometry model, a finite clement model for complete coach was built with using Hypermesh. A simulation of the process of rollover crash was performed with LS-DYNA, a piece of explicit dynamic analysis software. After the simulation analysis, the situation of stress, energy and the amount of invasion is analyzed. A series of structure improvement measures were put forward. With the simulation calculation carried on again and by comparing both of the results before and after structure improvement, the passengers" safety space was proved to be guaranteed. The above measures can meet the requirements of coach rollover crash safety.
