摘要
从连铸扇形段托辊失效的形式入手,分析了其产生的原因,有针对性地实施了轴承改型、轴承座水冷装置改造、润滑系统改造、辊面冷却装置改造、辊子堆焊强化等措施,实现了托辊的长寿命工作,显著提高了连铸坯的表面质量。
Analyze the cause of idler failure in the continuous casting segment, and adopt some measures, such as modifying the bearing, water cooling device of bearing chock, lubrication system, cooling device of roller surface and reinforcing overlay welding for the roller, in order to prolong the service life of the roller. It shows that the slab surface quality is improved remarkably.
