针对除鳞泵长期持续恒速运转，不能根据间断性除鳞需求降低运行能耗问题，为降低能耗、节约生产成本。通过新增一套高压变频调速装置，可根据生产工艺需求实时调节除鳞泵转速，达到了降低除鳞系统整体能耗的目的。

The descaling pump is continuously running under a constant speed, and can＇t do periodicity descaling according to the requirements of decreasing operating energy consumption. For solve this problem, add one set of high-voltage variable frequency speed regulating device, which can regulate the rotary speed of the descaling pump in real time as per the requirements of production process, so as to reduce energy consumption and cost saving. It has achieved the goal of reducing overall energy consumption for the descaling system.
