摘要
目的:观察吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期COPD中的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2010年4月-2012年6月收治的80例稳定期COPD患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例,在常规治疗的基础上给予吸入布地奈德,对照组40例行常规治疗,比较分析两组疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者肺功能、呼吸困难评分、生活质量评分和6-MWD情况都显著地优于对照组患者。结论:吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期COPD疗效可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observed the clinical effects of inhaling glucocorticoid in treatment of stable COPD. Method：To analyze the clinical effects of the on the basis of conventional treatment of inhaling budesonide（Observation group）or the basis of conventional treatment（Control group）for treatment of 80 patients with stable COPD in our hospital from April 2010 to June 2012. Result：After treatment,the lung function,dyspnea score,quality of life score and 6-MWD in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion：The inhaling glucocorticoid in treatment of stable COPD is efficacy. It is worthy to be popularized.
