有创动脉压监测在髋关节置换中的应用

Invasive Arterial Blood Pressure Monitoring in Hip Replacement

目的:探讨有创动脉压监测在髋关节置换中的应用。方法:选择自2008年1月-2012年12月本院骨科收治的行髋关节置换术的患者80例,均采取外周动脉穿刺,有创动脉压监测技术进行回顾分析。结果:本组患者在整个髋关节置换前后,其有创动脉血压监测技术能准确有效地对术者的心率、血压、血气分析及血容量进行及时监控,其准确、可靠、连续的测压数据对髋关节置换术有重大的指导意义,大大提高了手术的成功率。结论:有创动脉压监测在髋关节置换手术中起到指导作用,对判断手术疗效具有重要意义。

Objective：To investigate the application of invasive arterial pressure monitoring in the hip joint replacement.Method：80 cases patients with hip replacement admitted in our hospital orthopaedic were selected from January 2008 to December 2012.They were taken peripheral arterial puncture,invasive arterial pressure monitor technology for retrospective analysis.Result：The patients of group in the before and after hip replacement, the invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring technology could accurately and effectively the patient’s heart rate blood pressure,blood gas analysis and blood volume of timely monitoring its accurate continuous pressure data had great guiding significance to the hip replacement,greatly improving the success rate of surgery.Conclusion：Invasive arterial pressure monitor plays a guiding role in hip replacement surgery,the surgical curative effect judgment is of great significance.
