走动式管理模式在护理质量控制中的效果观察

Effect Observation of the Management Model of Walking in the Quality Control of Nursing Care

目的:总结应用走动式管理于护理管理的具体方法,探讨实施走动式管理模式在护理质量控制中的效果。方法:在护士长的带领下,对工作任务进行分配,各级护士每天不定时巡查病房以实行走动式管理及现场管理,在走动过程中及时发现问题并解决问题,严格按照护理质量标准进行质量控制,实施走动式管理模式1年后,对护理质量控制的效果进行评价。结果:实施走动式管理模式后,护理质量控制中基础护理、护理文书书写及患者对护理工作的满意度等较之前均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理工作中实施走动式管理模式可促使护理工作中的问题和隐患及时发现并改正,显著提高护理质量,值得在临床实践中广泛应用和推广。

Objective：To summarize the application of specific methods about management in nursing management,implementation of management by walking around mode played in nursing quality control effect.Method：Under the leadership of the head nurse of the tasks assigned to nurses at all levels daily and irregular inspections ward to implement management by walking around,and on-site management,timely detection of problems and to solve the problems in moving around the process,in strict accordance with the standards of quality of care evaluate the effect of the control of the quality of care,quality control,to implementation the MBWA mode 1 years.Result：MBWA mode implementation,the quality of care control in basic nursing care instruments writing and patient care work satisfaction were significantly higher than before the increase,the difference between the two was significantly（ P 0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of walking type management mode can promote the nursing problems and hidden dangers timely detection and correction in the nursing work,significantly improve the quality of nursing,and is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
