论现代城市危机管理的问题与治理

The Problems and Management of Modern Urban Crisis

城市危机管理是现代社会面临的一大严峻挑战,构建完整有效的危机管理体系有助于提升城市的危机应对能力,保障社会群众生命财产安全。针对现存城市危机应对中的普遍问题,分析现代城市危机的特点与发展趋势,介绍国外城市危机管理的模式与经验,提出了中国城市危机管理的完善方法与可行建议,以期对现实问题的解决有所帮助。

Urban crisis management is a serious challenge which modern cities face,building a complete and effective crisis management system is helpful for improving the city＇s crisis response capacity and ensuring social security of life and property.In this article ,the author aimed at the existing widespread problems of the modern urban crisis,analyzed characteristics and development trend of the modern urban crisis,introduced foreign urban crisis management model and experience,put forward some reasonable methods and feasible recommenda-tions on China’s urban crisis management.The author hopes to offer some help for the solving of real problems.
