270例高龄老人股骨近端和腰椎正位骨密度对比分析 被引量:11

摘要 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种以骨量低下和骨微结构破坏,导致骨脆性增加,易发生骨折为特征的全身性骨病,严重影响患者的生活质量。我国《原发性骨质疏松症诊治指南(2011年)》推荐同时测量股骨近端和腰椎正位的骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD),但部分临床医务人员常仅随意测量其中1个部位。
