奶豆腐中乳酸菌的分离筛选

Isolation and Screening of LactobaciUus from Fermented Milk Curd

国内饲用微生物研究始于20世纪80年代，主要研究领域包括菌种资源、不同健康状态下动物消化道菌群演变规律、动物肠道菌群平衡与作用机制、动物肠道微生态分子检测技术、微生物添加剂应用等方面。目前国家农业部已将饲用微生物列入了饲料添加剂目录，允许作为微生物饲料添加剂的菌种由、1994年的6种增加到2006年的16种，主要是以乳酸菌、粪链球菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、片球菌和光合细菌等为主。本研究的主要内容为从奶豆腐中筛选一株乳酸菌，进而研究该乳酸菌用于饲料的可行性。

The research on microbial feed additive began in 1980s, including strain re- sources, animal digestive tract flora evolution at different health states, animal intestinal flora balance and mechanism of microecology, molecular detection technology, and the application of microbial feed additives. At present, microbial has been included in the list of feed additive for- mulated by the ministry of agriculture, and strains can be used as feed additive increased from 6 in 1994 to 16 in 2006, mainly including Lactobacillus, Streptococcus faecalis, Bacillus, yeasts, Pediococcus and photosynthetic bacteria. This study selected a strain of Laetobacillus from fer- mented milk curd, and studied its feasibility used in feed.
