摘要
铝合金管材挤压时在其内表面上产生纵向直条状擦伤,所造成的废品占擦伤废品的60%以上.分析了纵向直条状擦伤的产生规律和分布特点,研究了其产生的机制及影响因素,提出了减少擦伤的措施.
The long strait banded. inwall defect of extruded aluminium alloy pipes is one of the most serious defect. The waste from this kind of defect holds more than 60%. Through the analysis of its cause and distributing feature, its principle and effect factors are studied. Some methods of decreasing the defects are presented.
