摘要
对承钢采用轧后余热处理工艺生产的大规格英标钢筋存在冷弯、反弯裂纹问题进行了试验研究 ,得出钢中含有过量的氢及钢筋表面局部应力集中是导致裂纹产生的主要原因 ,而且在不同条件下二者主次作用相互转化。为此 ,采用了合理控制成分、消除钢筋表面应力集中、改进控冷工艺参数等措施。
The paper carried out the test research on the problem of bringing cold bending and re-bending crack of large gauge UK reinforced bar produced by remained heat treatment after rolling. Its causes are superfluous hydrogen content and local stress concentration, and the main and minor effect of the two factors can transformed each other under different condition. So, some measures are applied, such as chemical composition control, facial stress concentration elimination and process parameters improvement of controlled cooling.
