摘要
介绍了国家“九五”攻关项目——“夏利”轿车车身视觉检测站实际运行系统中可编程控制器 ( PLC)的选型、电气控制系统硬件电路设计、抗干扰措施 ,以及布线中应注意的问题。PLC的应用对整个系统稳定性、可靠性、灵活性的提高起到了重要作用。
This paper intruduces the selection of PLC, design of the circuit about the electrical control system,anti interference measure and the attention in wiring,which are all in connection with 'nine five' state key task project——'xiali' car body in white Visual Inspection System.It also introduces that the PLC has produced a great impact on the stability,responsibility and flexibility in the whole system.
