摘要
RFPE是一种新型的、基于状态变化的工件安装方法 ,基于 RFPE原理 ,作者设计并研制了快速寻位与状态记忆 ( Rapid Locating and State Memory— RL&SM)通用夹具系统 ,有效地解决了任意形状工件在通用夹具中的定位问题 ,刀具自由进入工件定位表面进行切削加工的问题和“工件漂移”问题等。文章给出了 RL&SM通用夹具用于小刚性、多工序转换加工的工程实例。
RFPE(Reference Free Part Encapsulation)is a new phase change based fixturing method. Based on RFPE, a RL&SM (Rapid Locating and State Memory) universal fixturing system is developed. It efficiently solves problems such as location of a rbitrarily shaped workpieces in RFPE,cutter arbitrarily accessing to the location surface of the workpiece and workpiece drifting. An example for manufacturing non stiffness workpiece through serial setups in RL&SM universal fixturing system is given.
