Automatic Loose-proof Screw Thread Outline Used in Permanent Connection

普通螺纹联接在交变载荷作用下容易出现松脱 ,为此 ,可采用螺栓的径向剖面为等距曲线的 XD廓形 ,这不仅可提高联接螺纹副的定心精度、疲劳强度和几何精度 ,而且可提高螺纹联接副的可靠性和安全性。本文以 XD- 3廓形螺纹为例作了介绍。

In this paper, a new kind of screw thread outline used in permanent connection is put forward,aiming at solving the problem that common screw thread connection usually become loose under the action of stress alternation. If this kind of screw thread connection is used,not only centring accuracy,fatigue strength and geometrical accuracy of connected workpieces,but also reliability and security of screw thread connection are improved greatly.Taken as an example,XD 3 is introduced.
