产前胎儿心脏超声检查300例分析

Analysis of 300 Cases of Prenatal Fetal Echocardiography

目的分析产前300例胎儿心脏超声检查的临床技术和检测结果。方法选择2010年1月至2012年2月在我院进行产前心脏超声检查的300例孕妇资料进行回顾分析,检测时协助孕妇保持仰卧或侧卧的姿势,首先进行胎儿、羊水、胎盘的常规项目检查,然后根据具体胎位选择胎心四腔观、大动脉根部长轴和短轴观进行B型和B/M型检测,仔细观测胎心的形态、腔室、房室间隔、大动脉形态、瓣膜结构的特点和位置等信息,接着采用彩色多普勒血流显像对心房、心室、血管、血流分布进行检查,查看有无异常分流等情况。结果结果显示超声检测共检查胎儿心血管异常9例,占3%;检测结果显示检出异常的产妇孕周集中在20～31周;初次检测结束后对产妇的随访结果显示,漏诊2例部分型房室间隔缺损,占0.3%,诊断符合率90%。结论产前超声检测可以使家属和产妇及早了解胎儿健康状况,根据医生建议作出判断和决策,是优生优育的有效保障。

Objective To analyze prenatal clinical techniques and test results of 300 cases of fetal echocardiography. Methods Prenatal echocardiography in this hospital from January 2010 to February 2012,300 cases of pregnant women information were analyzed retrospectively, to assist pregnant women to detect supine or lateral position, the first fetus, amniotic fluid, the conventional project ex- amination of the placenta,and then select the four -chamber view of the fetal heart rate deponding on the fetal position,the root of the aorta, the major and minor axis view of B and B / M detection, careful observation of the morphology of the fetal heart chamber, septal, aortic morphological characteristics of the valve structure and location information, and then using color Doppler flow imaging atrium, ventricle, blood vessels, blood flow distribution check to see whether the abnormal diversion. Results The results showed that ultrasonic testing to check a total of fetal cardiovascular abnormalities nine cases, accounting for 3% ;test results showed that the detection of ab- normal maternal gestational age in 20-35 weeks ; after initial detection of maternal follow - up results, Missed two eases of partial atrioventricular septal defect accounting for 0. 3% ,the diagnosis rate of 90%. Conclusion The prenatal ultrasound detection can make an early understanding of the families and maternal fetal health status ,to make judgments and decisions based on the doctor＇ s advice ,effective protection of prenatal and postnatal care.
