摘要
对Cu Si二元系中的k相和 η相进行了X射线衍射分析。k相属于镁型六方晶系 ,晶格点阵参数为a =b=0 .2 5 6 1nm、c =0 .4184nm、α =β =90°、γ =12 0° ,k相不稳定 ,在室温下长期放置会部分地转变成γ Cu5Si;η相属于正交晶系 ,晶格点阵参数为a =0 .6 0 41nm、b=0 .6 35 6nm、c=0 .42 88nm ,Cu3Si合金分别在 46 7、5 5 8、5 70和 6 2 0℃时发生相变。
The crystal structure of k phase and η phase in Cu Si alloy were analyzed by using X ray diffraction method. The results show that the crystal structure of k phase belongs to Mg type hexagonal system,with lattice paremeters: a =0.2561nm、 c =0.4184 nm、 α=β =90°、 γ =120°,the k phase is unstable at the room temperature and it can partially change into γ Cu 5Si. The crystal structure of η phase belongs to orthorhombic system with lattice parameters a =0.6041nm、 b =0.6356nm、 c =0.4288nm, the phase transformation of Cu 3Si alloy occurs in 467、558、570 and 620℃,respectively.
