摘要 介绍了在塑料加工中应用振动技术的动态加工方法,阐述了振动力场在挤塑和注塑过程中的作用。运用高分子链及其链段运动理论,分析说明振动场的存在可使塑料熔体的粘弹性减小,表现为实际加工过程中压力降低、流率增加、能耗减小和制品质量提高。 Several vibrating process methods and the effects of vibration force filed on the plastics extrusion and injection processing were described.And the theory of polymer dynamics was used to analyze the effects of vibration on polymer micro-structure,it was showed that the polymer viscoelastic quality is decreased.At the same time,it was found that when the vibration force field is applied in the polymer moulding process,the pressure is decreased,the output is increased,the used-up energy is lowed and the quality of product is improved.
