化瘀明目丸治疗老年性黄斑变性31例41只眼疗效观察

Clinical observation of Huayu Mingmu Pills on 31 cases (41 eyes) of age-related macular degeneration

目的观察中药化瘀明目丸治疗老年性黄斑变性的临床疗效。方法 2009年1月至2012年12月在我院眼科诊断为阴虚血瘀型AMD患者31例41只眼,干性20只眼,湿性21只眼,予口服我院自行研制的化瘀明目丸,疗程半年,观察疗效。结果 31例(41只眼)患者中,显效5只眼,进步22只眼,无效14只眼,总有效率65.85%。干性20只眼,显效4只眼,进步13只眼,无效3只眼,有效率85.00%;湿性21只眼,显效1只眼,进步9只眼,无效11只眼,有效率47.61%。干性的疗效好于湿性,差异有统计学意义(c2=4.21,P=0.03)。干性AMD患眼治疗前后视力差异有统计学意义(c2=3.37,P=0.04),湿性患眼治疗前后差异无统计学意义(c2=2.91,P=0.29)。结论化瘀明目丸对老年性黄斑变性有一定治疗效果,对干性的疗效好于湿性。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huayu Mingmu Pills on age-related macular degeneration （AMD）. METHODS Huayu Mingmu Pills,the preparation within the hospital, was used by oral medication to treat 31 AMD cases from January 2009 to December 2012with yin deficiency and blood stagnation （41 eyes, including 20 eyes of dry type and 21 eyes of wet type）. RESULTS In 31 cases （41 eyes）, 5 eyes were healed, 22 eyes were symptom relieved, and14 eyes had no improvement. The cure rate was 65.85%. Specifically, the cure rate of dry type was 85.00% （4 eyes were healed, 13 eyes had improved and 3 eyes had no effect）, whereas the therapy of 21 wet type held a 47.61% cure rate, including 1 healed eye, 9 improved eyes and 11 no effect eyes. Results showed that the therapy had a significant better efficacy on dry type than wet type in bleeding absorption period （X2=4.21, P=0.03）. Eyesight of cured dry type eyes had a significant improvement （X2=3.37, P=0.04）. The improvement on eyesight of cured wet type eyes was not significant （X2=2.91, P=0.29）. CONCLUSIONS Chinese medicine therapy was useful to postpone the progress of age-related macular degeneration （AMD）. This therapy had a better effect on dry type eyes.
