幼年特发性关节炎伴发葡萄膜炎的临床特点和中西医结合治疗

Clinical characteristics of uveitis with juvenile idiopathic arthritis and integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的观察幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)伴发葡萄膜炎的临床特点和中西医结合治疗的效果。方法中西医结合治疗JIA伴发葡萄膜炎患者17例(28只眼),对其临床表现和治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果实验室检查有一定意义;JIA伴发葡萄膜炎因JIA亚型不同葡萄膜炎表现不一。患者治疗后视力提高,眼部炎症消失,全身不适减轻。结论 JIA伴发葡萄膜炎有一定特点,中西医结合治疗有效。

OBJECTIVE To observe clinical manifestations and effect of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on uveitis with juvenile idiopathic arthritis （JIA）. METHODS Seventeen （28 eyes） uveitis patients with JIA were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS Laboratory tests＇ results had certain significance; uveitis associated with JIA manifestations was different from JIA＇s different subtypes. After treatment, eyesight improved, eye inflammation disappeared, the symptoms of the whole body relieved. CONCLUSIONS Uveitis associated with JIA had certain characteristics, and integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine worked effectively.
