Numerical Simulation and Optimization of Inlet Configuration on Gas Flow in Circulating Fluidized Bed Desulfurization Reactor

摘要 进气结构对循环流化床烟气脱硫反应器来说至关重要。采用k-ε双方程湍流模型对单文氏管和不同管径多文氏管进气结构的循环流化床烟气脱硫反应器的流场进行了数值模拟对比分析。结果表明,单侧进气时,单个文丘里布气结构的脱硫塔内偏流现象严重,入口影响区段长;采用多管文丘里布气结构时,入口段偏流现象明显降低;调整多管文丘里的管径大小分布,提升管内的流场可变得更为均匀。按速度分布不均匀度指标优化多文丘里管的管径分布比用流量偏差系数的更好,所得脱硫塔内流场分布更均匀,入口影响区段更短。 Venturi inlet configuration is important for the circulating fluidized bed desulphurization tower. By using numerical simulation, the gas flow fields of the circulating fluidized bed desulfurization reactor with one venture and multi-venturi were investigated. The results showed that the gas flow field was obviously uneven and there was a longer inlet affected zone in the circulating fluidized bed desulphurization tower with the original design condition of only one venture. The gas flow field with the structure of multi-venturi group was obviously uniform. Based on this configuration, to revise proper diameter distribution for the venture tube group the gas flow field became more uniform. The inlet structure optimization based on the velocity non-uniformity could obtain more uniform flow field and shorter inlet affected zone in desulphurization tower than based on the flow rate deviation factor.
