摘要
阐述了目前灰铸铁、球铁、铝合金及铜合金等金属铸件在重力铸造条件下 ,计算铸件浇注系统最小截面积的常用水力学公式及几个常用或较常用的经验公式之特点和存在的不足 ,分析了这些公式共同存在的使用前提不明、适用范围窄、通用性差等缺点。介绍了一种用统计学方法回归推算出的实用性强、操作简便快捷 ,适用范围宽阔的金属铸件浇注系统最小截面积计算公式 ,并对其计算结果与近十多年来众多成功的生产实例进行了比照 ,证明其具有良好的可靠性。
