摘要
以淮北许疃煤矿81采区南翼轨道大巷为研究背景,应用现代固体力学基本理论对大松动圈、高地压软岩巷道情况下金属支架与锚杆之间的相互作用机理进行了较有说服力的剖析,并通过现场工业性试验进行了相应的验证。理论研究和实验结果均表明锚杆与金属支架组合支护效果远远超越了两者单独作用效果之和,同时也论证了松动圈中锚杆借助于金属支架的围岩整体约束功能同样可以达到锚固生根的目的。该研究成果一方面提供了一种效果显著、成本低廉的岩石支护技术,另一方面也进一步完善了岩石巷道的支护理论,对各种情况下巷道的支护设计均有一定的参考价值。
Taking North Rail Roadway at 81 Mining Zone of Xutan Colliery as background, this paper applied basic theory of modern solid mechanics to analyzing mutual action mechanism of metal support and anchored bolt under the condition of large broken circle, soft rock roadway with high geo-stress. Theory and test result both showed that combined supporting effect of anchored bolt and metal support was largely better than that of single supporting, and proved that anchored bolt in broken circle could rely on whole restrain function of metal support and surrounding rock and played reinforcement role. This not only provided an outstanding and low-cost rock supporting technology, but also improved rock roadway supporting theory. It had some reference value for roadway supporting under dif- ferent condition.
