摘要
针对煤巷过断层组破碎带顶板难以控制的难点,采用超前中空注浆锚杆锚索预注马丽散的技术对巷道顶板和两帮进行了加固;介绍了加固性注浆的注浆范围、超前距、扩散半径、钻孔布置、注浆压力等参数的确定。现场试验效果表明,注马丽散有效控制了巷道围岩变形,避免了巷道堵塞、冒顶和片帮事故,提高了掘进速度,保证了安全施工。
In order to solve the difficult problem of supporting cracked roof in driving coal roadway through faults, the technology of pre-grunting Marithan with hollow anchored bolt and cable was applied to reinforcing roof and two-side. Parameters including grunting range, pre-grunting distance, diffusion diameter, borehole distribution and grunting pressure were obtained. Practice showed that Marithan effectively controlled surrounding rock deformation and prevented roadway blocking, roof failing and coal-wall sliding. Driving speed was increased under safe condition.
