摘要
针对开滦矿区高灰难选煤泥浮选精煤灰分高、产率低的问题,对其进行了天然可浮性、实际可浮性分析及浮选速度试验,并对浮选产品进行了粒度组成分析。试验结果表明:天然可浮性最好的为0.25-0.125 mm中间粒级;其次为0.5-0.25 mm和0.125-0.074 mm粒级;细粒级(<0.074 mm)天然可浮性差,但由于其比表面积大,在实际分选过程中可优先吸附药剂,可浮性得到增强,浮选速度变快,因而造成了精煤中高灰细泥夹带。
According to the problem of high ash content and low yield of clean coal floated from difficult to wash slime in Kailuan mining area, analyzed its native and actual floatability and conducted the flota- tion speed test, also analyzed size distribution of flotation products. The test results showed that the best native floatability is the 0.25 - 0. 125 mm middle particle size, the 0.5 -0.25 mm and 0. 125 0. 074 mm size fraction in the second place , and the 〈 0. 074 mm size faction is poorest, but due to the large specific surface area, this size fraction priority absorb the agent in flotation process, , then lead to actual floatability stronger and speed the velocity of flotation, caused high - ash slime entrained in flota-tion concentrate.
