摘要
为减小因矸石含量大对重介系统洗选能力的制约,提高煤炭产品质量,首次采用重介螺旋滚筒分选机对章村矿高变质、高含矸无烟煤进行了排矸工业试验。试验选用LXG-18/60型重介螺旋滚筒分选机,在低密度(1.60-1.70 kg/L)条件下实现了高密度(1.90-2.10 kg/L)、高变质无烟煤的排矸分选。工业试验结果表明,当原煤煤质波动大,矸石含量最高为95.41%、最低为38.76%、平均为74.38%时,矸石带煤(<1.95 kg/L)平均为2.49%,分选指标可满足排矸要求。
The high content of refuse limited the separation capacity of dense medium separation system, for purpose of increasing the product quality of high refuse content peranthracite in Zhangcui coal mine, the industrial test of refuse discharging was conducted by use of dense medium screw drum separator. In the test, the LXG - 18/60 dense medium screw drum separator discharged the refuse from high density (1.90 - 2.10 kg/L) peranthracite under lower separator density ( 1.60 - 1.70 kg/L) The tests re-suits show that for the raw coal with quality fluctuation, under the refuse content high limit is 95.41% , low limit is 38.76% and average value is 74.38% , the average value of coal ( 〈 1.95 kg/L) entrained in refuse is 2.49% , which satisfied the requirement of refuse discharging.
