摘要
通过对跳汰分选理论进行分析,得出了理想的跳汰水流脉动曲线,并采用傅里叶级数展开理想曲线,取其中起主要作用的前两项,分析得出复振跳汰机主振与复振频率关系,即复振频率为主振频率的2倍。为验证结论,以正弦周期为例,用Matlab绘出迭加后的波形曲线进行了分析,与不加复振相比,迭加波形曲线的位移、速度、加速度均有助于跳汰分选过程。山东岱庄洗煤厂生产实践表明,当复振频率为主振频率的2倍时,可有效控制透筛量,同时精煤产率和数质量效率均有所提高。
Based on the study of jigging separation theory, obtained the ideal jigging water pulsating curve. Expand the ideal curve by using Fourier series, analyzed the first two phases which play a major role, got the relationship of frequency between main pulsation and auxiliary pulsation for compound - pul- sation jig, the frequency of auxiliary pulsation is 2 times faster than main pulsation. In order to verify the conclusion, using sine cycle as an example, draws the superimposed waveform curve by Matlab to ana- lyze, compared with not adding auxiliary pulsation, the displacement, velocity, acceleration of the super- imposed waveform curve are both helpful for jigging process. The actual production in Daizhuang coal preparation plant in Shandong province show that the when frequency of auxiliary pulsation is 2 times of main pulsation, the amount of heavy material discharged through screen can be effectively controlled and the clean coal yield and quality -efficiency are increased.
