摘要 为提高稀缺难浮煤的浮选效率,以河北赵各庄、黑龙江新兴、山东薛城、山西马兰四种稀缺煤为研究对象,通过显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射物相分析、荧光光谱分析等手段,研究了这四种稀缺难浮煤的理化性质。结果表明:在稀缺煤样的显微组分中,镜质组和惰质组含量较大;煤表面孔隙以环状、点状、条状为主,裂隙中富集了异质细泥;煤中嵌布有高岭石、方解石、石英、黄铁矿等不易浮的矿物质;煤中含有大量烷烃、醇类化合物和高岭土;矿物组分的化学成分以SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3为主。 To increase flotation efficiency of the scarce difficult - to - float coals, take four scarce coals from Zhaogezhuang in Hebei province, Xinxing in Heilongjiang province, Xueeheng in Shandong prov-ince and Malan in Shangxi province as examples, using the measures of optical microscopy, scanning e-lectron microscope, X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrum analysis analyzed the physicochemical properties of scarce difficult - to - float coals. The results show that in maceral of scarcity coal samples, the content of vitrinite and inertinite is bigger; the shape of pores on coal surface presents ring, pitting and stripe, in which cracks enriched heterogeneous fine mud; the coals embedded with minerals of kao-linite, calcite, quartz, pyrite that difficult to floating; coals contains a lot of paraffin, alcohol compounds and kaolin, the chemical composition of mineral components mainly is SiO2 , Al2O3 and Fe2O3.
